Bait and switch and broken verbal contract I bought a vehicle back in March 2014. Their salesman kept me at their location and kept on telling me that this was the best deal and the couldn't do I bought a vehicle back in March 2014. Their salesman kept me at their location and kept on telling me that this was the best deal and the couldn't do better, but somehow every time I went to walk away they miraculously came up with away better deal. When the price and warranty were finally agreed upon I went to talk to their finance department, who conveniently no longer works here. As I am a veteran of the US Army, done 2 deployments to Iraq and disabled, he understood me and wanted the best for me as he was a veteran as well. Almost a year later I am back because the warranty that was verbally promised was not what was given on paper. The financer talked fast, and I was there for 7+ hours, ready to be done. I am trying to get this worked out with them, but they are uncooperative and the people who I dealt with all conveniently do not work here anymore. Be careful of who you deal with and walk away if they keep you too long or don't offer you what you want. I will now be contacting a lawyer and will have to go through that process. Shop somewhere else if you decide to buy a car as they are not here for you, but for themselves. More

Ford Motor Co would not Honor Warranty. Dealer fixed. My 2012 for Escape started having problems with our portable GPS's. It took us a couple months to figure out that it was not the GPS, but the fuse i My 2012 for Escape started having problems with our portable GPS's. It took us a couple months to figure out that it was not the GPS, but the fuse in the power cord. The car charging system was blowing fuses. In the mean time we went over warranty by 130 miles and Future Ford would not honor the warranty. This is a fail for Ford Co. and Future Ford, Roseville. I have had bought 6 Ford cars. Never again. -------- Update. The service manager called. And the fixed the problem at their expense. However Ford Motor CO. gets a fail. They would not honor the warranty. More
Terrible I made an appointment with one of the sales people and he didn't show up. Then the sales person who was trying to help me left and yet a third person took over. The service and team is above any other! Brigitte Karen was awesome from the second I pulled up to the time I picked up my truck. She was as thorough as it gets and went out of her way to make sure I knew was awesome from the second I pulled up to the time I picked up my truck. Whats amazing is that I initially took my truck to Downtown Ford and they completely failed me and didn't fix the problem simply stating that FORD would not approve it. I decided to go back where I bought the truck, told them what the other dealership said and immediately Brigitte and the team jumped in and vowed to make sure it was taken care of and that they would guarantee I would leave satisfied. They definitely fulfilled that promise! Thank you!!! More

In all, I have purchased well over a dozen cars and trucks from this dealership and its only because they are HONEST an vehicles here over and over. I feel like a rockstar whenever I am there to buy a car or truck. It all starts from the top and Kevin Mantz knows how to take care of people. I have bought vehicles through Kevin since the early 90's and this guy never changes. He is as genuine as they come and ALWAYS takes care of my needs whenever I am looking to buy a new vehicle. Never fails with this place and while I have worked with various sales folks there, Monte and Justin are a great team. Justin is there day or night and always keeps me in the loop during the process. He provides real suggestions that suit my purchase needs. Monte knows how t make deals work. his vast knowledge on vehicles and structuring the financing is second to none. I could go on and on but don't waste your time going to any other dealership if your looking for a Ford or Lincoln. These guys do it right and you will be completely satisfied you buy from Future Ford! Thanks guys! More

I bought a brand new Lincoln MK Z Hybrid here and so far I regret the experience. The sales guys draft up paper work with intentionally unrealistic terms, then a few days later they call you in for the rea I regret the experience. The sales guys draft up paper work with intentionally unrealistic terms, then a few days later they call you in for the real terms leaving you stuck to give back your new car or bite the bullet and pay what you didn't want to or expect to have to. (You'd be better off getting a loan through a lender of your choice anyhow... but not everyone thinks to do that, or in my case I went car shopping after my CU was closed.) During my test drive the sales guy was texting away with his wife, which is exactly what makes the customer feel valued. I was seriously low-balled for my trade in, which I told them was unacceptable so they ended up giving me 25% more than they originally offered. After I purchased my car a few days later the sale guy called and left me a voicemail telling me that he had "good news" for me. Then I proceeded to try to get a hold of him for the next three days. To this day (a month later) I have NO idea what the "good news" was supposed to be. When you take the car in for service it takes much longer than it ought to (and longer than they tell you it should), and in my case when you get the car back it s in filthier condition than when you brought it in! Which is fantastic. Then you get a survey in your E-Mail that has a tiny box limiting your comments to less than 500 characters. Who can sum up something like that in 500 characters? The sales folks talk about "The Lincoln Experience". I guess "The Lincoln Experience" is sales people who don't care about customers, getting your car back filthy, and not returning phone calls. Sure makes me feel special! More
