At our daughter’s suggestion we contacted Future Ford for follow-up. Called on Monday. Called Thursday to confirm the time 80-mile commute for us!), and they had lost our appointment, but promptly made another for same date and time. Intake and processing were outstanding, but when the truck was returned time, a large piece of the interior plastic doorframe was disconnected and tangled in my safety belt on the driver’s side. They called a tech to come up and complete the install, which he did fairly quickly. But had this been a critical component instead of a piece of plastic trim, it might have proved a serious driving issue. More attention to detail necessary. More

Emergency Help I was trying to leave for the airport at 5:30 am when my car wouldn't start. I had to jump it, then realized I better drive straight to the dealershi I was trying to leave for the airport at 5:30 am when my car wouldn't start. I had to jump it, then realized I better drive straight to the dealership. I waited until they opened, told them my situation, and they got me in and out VERY quickly! It was also under warranty so no charge to me! I missed my first flight, but a quick flight change with Southwest (who also accommodated me no charge) and I was on my way. Thank you, Future Ford!
