In finance, Steve presented him with a service contract that supposedly covered everything except maintenance, has rental and technology coverage and a $50 deductible if my son brought it back to Future. 2 days later, the truck started having intermittent issues with the cameras, stereo and sunroof. When my son took it to Elk Grove Ford for his oil change, they were not able to duplicate those issues but found that the rear differential is leaking. My son took his truck BACK to Future Ford of Roseville and GUESS WHAT?! His service contract covers nothing that he was told it covers. He purchased this for almost $3500.00 and it has NO rental OR technology package! Future also found that there is a MAJOR exhaust leak due to the manifold being bent and there is no coverage for that either! Future Ford of Sacramento performed a rear differential flush on 12/6/23 and they are NOT backing their WORK now that it's leaking!!!!!! Now, my son is stuck with a truck with a leaking rear differential, a $12000 exhaust repair that his service contract does NOT cover, cameras and back-up sensors that don't work, a sunroof with a broken track, TPMS sensors that don't work and steering wheel controls that are faulty. He would NOT have purchased THIS truck if he was not able to get a service contract that covers these items!!!! I have contacted Marlon, the GSM. Still no answer on these issues. I emailed the "customer satisfaction" department. No response. My son's truck was there for a MONTH. He got it back last night with only 3 of the 12 concerns fixed. When he started it this morning, the exhaust leak is even louder AND now his serpentine belt is squeaking on a cold start. DO NOT PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE HERE. DO NOT PURCHASE A SERVICE CONTRACT UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO PURCHASE ONE THAT YOU WERE NOT PRESENTED WITH. Bait and switch is a fraudulent practice but that's what they do. More

It’s been a few years since I bought my truck. I like the truck, it’s not perfect but it’s OK. However, the buying process sucked and they lied. I know it’s shocking right? I HATE having to even deal with them for 1 second. I don’t understand what kind of person can look at themselves, their kids, their dogs, knowing that they work somewhere where the whole idea is you will get rewarded for how gross of a person you can be. This dealership must win a bunch of awards for that. We all know they are going to lie about big stuff, but they will also lie right down to the smallest things. I’ve been to other Ford dealerships in the area, and yes they are still cars salesmen, but they aren’t nearly as slimy. More

We saw an ad for a 2018 Ford Edge and my wife called and spoke with Mr. Spencer. We were just in an exploratory mode, but Spencer did a great job in telling us why we should at least stop by and take a look spoke with Mr. Spencer. When we got there Ryan helped us. He was quiet and reserved and not salesy at all, which we liked. He simply gave us the details about the car, how much it was going to cost, and our options. Because we had been up since 4am looking for cars, I appreciated him giving us all the information we needed. He was the perfect saleperson and we liked him very much. Our son will need a car soon and we plan on having nobody else but Ryan assist him. Filling out the paperwork with Damien was a hoot. Although it was a lot of paperwork and was a bit time-consuming to complete it, he kept us engaged and told stories and gave us recommendations of vacation spots to enjoy. I drove my 2018 Ford Edge home happy. The overall experience was a joy for us and we appreciate eveyone we talked with. Thank you and have a great day. Carl More
Edit to my review 2/25/24: Upon further inspection of my vehicle, I found that the dealership did not detail the interior before or after my purchase. I pointed out stains and marks on the vehicle. They said they would take the vehicle in for a detail when I was finalizing my paperwork. The car never was detailed. I am very grateful that they did bring the car up to Tahoe during President's Day weekend, but I am disappointed how they falsified that the cleaning of the vehicle was completed. I also pointed out that there was damage to the rear bumper, and they said it just needed a 'clip' and they took a discount off the car for me, I took the car in to an auto body shop and the damage to the vehicle was $1500. Not impressed without how truthful the dealership was during the sale of the vehicle. Therefore I changed my rate to a 3 instead of a 5 star review.* I couldn't be happier with the family owned car dealership! I just purchased a used car (2021 Buick Envision Essence xx) this President's Day weekend. After doing all my extensive research on the car, I inquired about the car from Autotrader and Kodi called me to see if I had any additional questions. I decided to drive the 2 hours from South Lake Tahoe to do a walk-around and take a test drive of the car. When I arrived on Sunday with my dog Sophie, Kodi was assisting another customer at the moment of arrival, Brian lent a hand to help me test drive the car. He made me and my dog very comfortable and showed me where to take the drive since I was not from the area. Being a young and a woman and already having unpleasant experiences from other dealerships in Nevada, I felt comfortable and relaxed and feeling it was all about -the customer. Kodi became available and I was ready to do the numbers game, after a brief few rounds-I became a proud new owner of the car, and it was my first purchase from a dealer! They even offered to drive the car up to Tahoe later on because Tahoe was in the middle of a severe snow storm. The whole experience with above and beyond exceptional! From Kodi & Brian-in sales, Steve- in the finance dept., and everyone at Future Ford Lincoln of Roseville were polite and happy there was a beautiful sweet dog with me. By the end of the whole transaction, my family member who I was there with said when they buy a car-they are going to the same place! Whatever any of you do, steer clear of Future Ford Lincoln, mercury service center in Roseville California. Had them do a three hour parking brake repair on my 23A. They wanted to charge me $4200 for unnecessary repairs they cooked up. They damaged the top of my RV, left, wide, open cracks where the roof meets the back wall of the RV. Not sure if the idiot performing the service lifted it too high or somebody backed into something with the passenger side, rear of the RV and caused the damage. They are genuinely horrible service center for your vehicles. This just happened last week. My RV was literally perfect. Aside from the parking brakes needing adjustment. Bumper-to-bumper, it was spotless. Mechanically it was as close to flawless as it gets. What a bunch of effin idiots. Seriously, steer clear. More
I always dread buying a car at the dealership. I buy a LOT of cars. I do not keep them long and Josh was far and above the best fit for me as a salesperson and this experience was OUTSTANDING. He listened, followed up even after the sale and was willing to let me go if the fit wasn’t right. He did research and worked with the dealership folks to find me the best option as well as financing. . He was so nice and really took the time with me to be sure I was getting a car I want. We took the time to go to the other location to see if they had the right options. Josh is awesome! He's friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful every step of the process, great communication, answered all my questions and truly made the car buying experience fun, efficient, easy, and hassle-free. Great customer service experience overall & I felt they truly cared for as a customer! I got a good deal on the trade-in and my new car.
