Terrible service...don't go here We purchased a diesel F250 here in 2012. It has just over 100,000 miles and the fuel pump ran dry and pumped metal shards through the entire system. We called the service center and spoke to the assistant manager, Kyle. Kyle he had never heard of this problem (google it as others have had this issue) and asked if we put gas in instead of diesel. All while LAUGHING. He belittled us, made us feel like idiots, and in no way attempted to gain our future business or help resolve this issue. We will never purchase another Ford and we certainly will never go to Future Ford again. Additionally I will share this same information with everyone I know!! More
Acfull Experience I took my 2015 Ford F150 for a Oil Change Couple months ago. They called me that my Truck was ready to be picked up. Well I picked it p drove it home I took my 2015 Ford F150 for a Oil Change Couple months ago. They called me that my Truck was ready to be picked up. Well I picked it p drove it home thinking everything was fine, got home and parked it in my garage. Don't really drive it much so couple days later I drove my truck and I started smelling burn oil so as soon as I got back home I open the hood to see if anything was wrong and what I saw was terrible. My Engine compartment was full of oil all over the place and what i noticed was that there was no oil cap on the engine. Thanks to FUTURE FORD OF CLOVIS i drove my truck for quite a few miles with no oil cap wich resulted in a big mess now my new truck was worst than an old vehicle with oil all over it. I called them and they apologize for their mistake and said they will take care of it that if i could find the oil cap in the engine ompartment to go ahead and put it on and drive it to them and that they will steam clean my engine, check for any issues that it might of cause and that they will fully detail my truck. Well i took it in yes they supposively clean my engine but not good at all i had to pay someone else out of pocket to get my engine clean, and they didnt even detail my truck at all really bad experience. I have picures of how my engine look thanks to them if i ever have issues with my engine as a result of driving it with not enough oil and with no oil cap its thanks to FUTURE FORD OF CLOVIS and they better take care of their mistake. so please people do not take your vehicles here for service if you dont want to deal with a really bad experience as i did. More
Crooks These people are crooks. My car wouldn't start so I took it in for one of their $150 diagnosis. They told me my PCM was bad and needed over $1100 To r These people are crooks. My car wouldn't start so I took it in for one of their $150 diagnosis. They told me my PCM was bad and needed over $1100 To repair it! I asked them to show me how they got to that conclusion and they couldn't find the paperwork. They simply expected me to fork over the cash without any proof. Car is running like a champ after simply replacing a $25 sensor. Never taking my car there again! Stay away More

Horrible Customer Service Experience I took my Ford Fusion in for a service job in regards to the transmission . The transmission is fine now but after driving the car home it started to I took my Ford Fusion in for a service job in regards to the transmission . The transmission is fine now but after driving the car home it started to make a scraping noise. I took the car back and explained to Erin that the car was making a scraping noise. So myself, Erin, and the mechanic took it for a test drive and it still was making the noise. After the drive we went back to the business and Erin and Ryan Jones became very arrogant and hotty towards me and said there was nothing they could do and that the car was fine. I told them this is unacceptable and that I have not even had the car for a month. They persisted to act superior toward me and I no longer felt like a customer but an enemy. More
service on vehicle and recall notied from a lawyer My Ford Mustang was down on its last legs and so I went looking at cars and found the one I wanted and asked about it, it was a Chevrolet truck and so My Ford Mustang was down on its last legs and so I went looking at cars and found the one I wanted and asked about it, it was a Chevrolet truck and so I inquired more about it and they said I didn't have the credit for it but they were willing to lease me a ford 2013 focus. I have had the car for a year or so and started getting these recall notices on this make and year of car from a attorney and so I questioned them about it ( Ford people ) and they said I was ok but then I get a letter from ford corp. saying the problems do exist and they were bumping my warranty up two years . I just finished a very long trip and thank god I didn't have any problems but to stand there and lie to me before I took my trip about recalls that's bad business. I am a Chevy person and do like Toyotas also but once I'm out of this mess I'm dropping my lease and going a different direction. I don't like being lied to . More
My only complaint is that I was promised Courtesy Driver pick up when my vehicle was ready. I called my service advisor and arranged for courtesy pick up. Kamrin stated that she left a note for the driver w pick up when my vehicle was ready. I called my service advisor and arranged for courtesy pick up. Kamrin stated that she left a note for the driver with my name, address and phone # and that the driver would call me. The driver did not call me and did not show up. I called my daughter and she picked me up and drove me to get my vehicle. Luckily, I got there before closing time. Date of service 3-29-13. David Rice More
Quality: On pick-up, gear indicator needle out of adjustment. Indicates Drive, car is in Neutral. Indicates 2, car in drive. Not an issue when car was brought in. xxxxxxx noise when moving gear le adjustment. Indicates Drive, car is in Neutral. Indicates 2, car in drive. Would expect service tech should have noticed and noted/called for authorization to fix. Unable to leave car for repair. Will have to bring back at later date. More
