The dealer service writer “Michael” worked tirelessly to get my car in to a tech, diagnose the problem and complete the repair by Monday afternoon even though they were really busy! We were back on the road to Oregon the next day. The car was washed and vacuumed and repaired perfectly. Thank you Michael and Future Lincoln Concord. More

When we took delivery of the car the windows were still filthy, smudged, and can STILL see where the dealer stickers were on the windows. Even took it back to have it redone, still looked terrible.. It was raining when we were there and so we asked for a few more of those paper mats (since the one in there was already falling apart due to wet shoes). We were told "they are all the way in the back." Before we even drove off the lot our Sync 3 system froze up. Would not turn the screen off, buttons did nothing. Had to turn the car off, walk far enough away from the vehicle that it wouldn't sense the key for it to finally shut all the way off. Worked ok until... We were driving down the road and the Sync system switched to the backup camera (while the car was in drive!!) and swapped between that and a solid blue screen. It would not stop doing this until we turned the car completely off. If we were on a road trip or using the GPS to get somewhere, who has the time to turn their car off and on, especially if you are on a highway! E-mailed my salesmen asking what we should do, what are our options...did not hear back for a day and a half...His only suggestion was set up a service appointment. and that he was unable to respond to my e-mail (definitely a lie). Thanks for your concern. Pass on this place if you have any expectation of customer service, much less followup if you have any issues. From your sync system malfunctioning to things as simple as cleaning your windshield. More
