I talked to salesman and told me to come over to their dealership to solve the issue but he offered me a trade in and gave and offer of $ 26500 for a the car that I bought for $33125 from them . Also I asked for the floor mats and I was told that it was ordered and when called them to see if I can pick it up but they kept playing games . Terrible. Wasted time. The initial salesman Paul notified me that he would not be there the day of my appointment. I drove from South Lake Tahoe and 20 mins from arriving he let me know of this news and guaranteed that his amazing and skilled associate Alex would tend to me well. Alex did little to nothing in a timely manner and his fellow Tall Asian associate also took his time in tending to me. After deciding on a car, they had me wait over 4 hours to get my car after all the paperwork had been signed. They didn't even leave me a quarter tank of gas prior to leaving since it was getting late and I had a long drive home. Not to mention that my license plates arrived short of 5 MONTHS because they never even had the title for the car I had bought. Car is nice and I really like it but its terrible service and they blow you off when you call to inquire about information of the vehicle. Took me a week to contact their DMV office because no one knew the number supposedly. 1st time buying a car on my own and it was terrible. More
