Future Chevrolet - Service Center

I pulled up waited in my car for a service report no one came out to assist. I waited about ten minutes. I then went to the center both and I was told to wait. Ok no problem. In the coming 10 minutes 3 mor came out to assist. I waited about ten minutes. I then went to the center both and I was told to wait. Ok no problem. In the coming 10 minutes 3 more cars pulled up and the service writers helped them before even speaking to me and I had an appointment for 9am. I then went back up to the service both and was told again they would be with me in a few minutes. To me customer service is number one. This was not a good experience More
