This visit was not as good as some prior visits. Dropped vehicle off for shifter issue and when I picked the vehicle up, the light that indicates the gear selected was not working.... I had to bring the vehicle back to get that resolved. Also, the battery needed to be disconnected during the service and when I picked the vehicle up, I needed to reset the clock... The Tech, resetting the clock would have been better service. Also, most service centers (usually smaller) I get to talk with the mechanic, who actually worked on the vehicle... With most dealer service centers you only talk with a service advisor and not the mechanic, who actually did the work on the vehicle. For that reason, I usually prefer the smaller auto service centers. More

They do thorough work, but they are not cheap. It is not a convenient location for me as I live on the other side of town, but I am showing patronage as they treat me well.
