The service department could not fix the car saying that Chevrolet does not have the part in stock anymore. I was still charged $418.00 for labor which should not have been that much, if any at all. My outside mechanic found a used part and installed it, however it shook my faith in Chevrolet, and I was apprehensive to drive it anymore and had to sell it at a loss.... purchased a new Toyota which is more reliable.
