It seemed to go pretty well until after the sale. I was treated very poorly by the people in the service department, particularly Chad. I had an appointment for 9 am and had to drive 2 hours to get there. When I arrived due to a person forgetting to put it in the computer I was treated as if I was crazy for being there. Chad was extremely disrespectful and not helpful in anyway. The people at the service desk acted as if they could not be bothered. They kept making excuses about being short staffed, which seems like an excuse that makes the dealership look worse than it is. Maison, the guy who sold me the car, bailed on me and stopped answering my calls after the sale. It took a BBB complaint and a 1 star google review to get the manager to return my calls. It's not a horrible dealership but it's not a good one either. Maybe people in Sacramento are rude and disrespectful in general. If that's the case I would hire people from somewhere else because people like Chad should not be working with customers. After all of the complaints the management staff was helpful in resolving the issue. More
