Service advisor seemed kind of grumpy. Auto tech forgot to balance tire after patching, which required me to turn around and come back to get it done properly. When they went to fix it, the other tech misunderstood the issue and only rotated the tires (again) without fixing the balance. Due to the confusion, I had to wait over an hour when picking up my truck. Also, no loaner vehicle was available despite bringing it in for warranty/recall items and they weren't able to get me an Uber since I live outside of the 10 mile radius. Twice I asked for them to not wash my truck in the carwash, but when I picked it up they had washed it. More

I trust Future Chevrolet but I watch what was done. The shop filled my washer fluid with plain water. I guess so the ‘add washed fluid’ would not display when the truck was started.
