Booked 10 AM appt. Was a little late but was helped by a friendly technician. Told me it would take about two hours to do the oil change and recall. Signed paperwork and was on my way. Was able to get appointment in a weeks time unlike the other car dealers in Elk Grove which now take over a month to get a simple oil change. The service department could not fix the car saying that Chevrolet does not have the part in stock anymore. I was still charged $418.00 for labor which should not have been that much, if any at all. My outside mechanic found a used part and installed it, however it shook my faith in Chevrolet, and I was apprehensive to drive it anymore and had to sell it at a loss.... purchased a new Toyota which is more reliable.
