This is the worst experience that I've had not only with a brand but also with this dealership. I purchases vehicle from this dealership about a month ago and only have 782 mi. I'm already experiencing hard a brand but also with this dealership. I purchases vehicle from this dealership about a month ago and only have 782 mi. I'm already experiencing hard shifting and the transmission along with electrical issues where the audio system will just randomly stop playing even with turning the vehicle on and off multiple times. The vehicle is also experienced an alarm issue where the alarm system randomly went off for about 1 to 2 minutes and would not shut off even with starting the vehicle. I scheduled a service for the vehicle at this dealership. It has sat at this dealership for 3 days and has not even been looked at nor have I been contacted and explained to that my truck has not even been seen yet. With extremely high payment of this vehicle I am paying $35 a day to have this vehicle at this dealership and not even be able to use it. When I called the dealership to inquire about my vehicle the service advisor stated to me that the vehicle hasn't been seen nor does he have a time as to win the vehicle will be seen. This is unacceptable as a dealership and you guys should be treating your customers a lot better than this. More
I told him that my husband usually handles this but he died a couple weeks ago. Then he immediately tries to up sell me $2,000 worth of unnecessary work. I told him not at this time, maybe after i get the life insurance money (implying that i have no extra money at this time) he continued to pressure me to get to get what he said was a high priority service, making me feel like if I didn't get this done I would damage my car. Even I had already told him no at this time. I feel like he took advantage of my condition and age and being a women, without fully explaining exactly what all these additional cost were, beside replacing fluids. I'm a grieving widow and I am just trying to get things done without my husband and none of the things I actually asked him to address were done. My brakes are still squeaking loudly, and I don't see anywhere on the paperwork if they even checked the alignment of my car, and a heating or aircondional filter was supposed to be replaced because the last time my husband brought it in you guys were out of stock, and that issue was not addressed. And even when I told him that my husband had died and that his phone number was not the number to contact me about my car information was still sent to his phone number. This is my car. When we bought the car we told the salesman that it is my car, yet all communication is still being sent THE MAN and not to me because of my sex. Even though I love MY car, I want to sell it due to the extremely horrible customer service that has been directed towards me. More

Becoming a complete ripoff not they charge over $200 just for a basic oil change. Then asked to replace a little plastic switch for a window and they never told me how much it would cost just asked if they c for a basic oil change. I will not be returning to give more money to these thieves More
