1. Loan approval took a long time, even though I completed the application the day before. 2. Was told over the phone that the dealership would match the appraisal offer on my vehicle that was offe completed the application the day before. 2. Was told over the phone that the dealership would match the appraisal offer on my vehicle that was offered by Carmax. This resulted in me having to go to a local Carmax to complete the transaction of selling my car to them. Thanks to their inefficiency.i had to leave my there and return to Modesto and arrange to get the cash to pay the owed balance and return to Roseville the next day to complete the transaction, in which the paperwork had to be restarted.
