RIPPED OFF AND ROBBED OF DEPOSIT I was contacted by their salesman Joseph Ortiz and told to come in and Id been approved for a loan. I came in and filled out an application and left w I was contacted by their salesman Joseph Ortiz and told to come in and Id been approved for a loan. I came in and filled out an application and left with a barely used 2014 Impala LT. I was told I was approved and had a trade in that was paid off plus $2000.00 down payment. The deal was done and I had to come back before closing to give them my cash deposit and the car detail employee had left the company credit card in the console. I graciously returned it and all was well. I was called back in to "sign more papers" and I knew it was an omen. They took my car keys back and said the bank didn't approve the deal. The salesman had faxed in error the wrong pay stub. I said that's your fault, so let me have my deposit and vehicle and title back. The GM or owner, "Timmy", refused all of the above. He said they were under investigation for fraud and it was my fault. At any rate, he told the salesman for me to call a friend to come get me and I demanded he give my vehicle to drive home. He did, less license plates and I asked for the title and he said he couldn't open the safe. I went back and got my title and he refused to give my deposit again. I had no deal, they had the car back w low miles put on it, and he stalls me, puts the title in an envelope and hands it to me and says to come back after thanksgiving and talk to the owner. I went back and with police escorts and he still refused to refund my deposit and now refused to give to my lawyer. I'm now having to file a civil suit to get the money. He had the audacity to think I wanted to still do a deal with them. I have reported them to the Texas Attorney General and BBB. DO NOT BUY A TRICYCLE FROM THESE HUSTLERS. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES! The salesman said the owners were religious and did above board business. I should have walked away then. BUYER BEWARE! I walked into Carmax and had a deal 30 minutes later. More

Great group of people. They are so willing to help you no matter what your trying to do. Buying, selling, both... it doesn't matter. They bought my car for more than carmax offered, and then he (The OWNER) o matter what your trying to do. Buying, selling, both... it doesn't matter. They bought my car for more than carmax offered, and then he (The OWNER) offered to help me find a car via auction, other dealer lot, etc. in order for me to be able to use the tax credit from the vehicle he was buying from me. A++++. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. They even drove me to enterprise rent a car when the enterprise people failed to come pick me up because they were too busy. WONDERFUL customer service. (FYI, I live an hour from this dealership and will go back if the need for a vehicle arises again just because they are such a great group of business people. They do treat you like a very special client and they cater to you!) More
