Won't honor Warranty Waconia Ford is refusing to honor my bumper to bumper warranty . They claim I am out of warranty. Apparently, when I bought the car, Waconia Ford back Waconia Ford is refusing to honor my bumper to bumper warranty . They claim I am out of warranty. Apparently, when I bought the car, Waconia Ford back dated a sales document so it appears I took delivery of the car before I even purchased it. Waconia Ford totally ignores the fact that my warranty book says the warranty starts the day I took delivery of the vehicle. I have all kinds of documentation showing when I took delivery. I paid for the car with a personal check, a credit card and by trading in my old car. I showed the sales manger a copy of my cancelled check, a copy of the credit card receipt and a copy of the title from the car I traded in. They are all dated the same day. It is also the same day the 21 day temporary license was issued. The bottom line is I took delivery of the car the day I paid for the car. It is also the same day Ford gave me the keys and let me drive it home. This is my 5th Ford Explorer. I will never again buy another Ford., I will relay my experience to anyone who asks. The fact that Sales Manager Todd Machtemes would not even talk with me about the issue speaks volumes about Waconia Ford's commitment to its customers. They may be nice the day you spend a life's savings on a $40,000 car, but don't count on them down the road should you need their assistance. More

After sitting down with Joe and crunching some numbers we learned we were approved with a fairly low down payment. Joe did absolutely an amazing job seeing to it we were well taken care of and Brandon worked with the bank to get us super low monthly payments.
