I waited several days to write this review and make sure I get the point across about my experience. I recently sold a long time car I was in love with but had to sell due to maintenance on it. I did all my homework on the new truck I wanted and reached out to the dealer. Did I mention I'm in Texas and this dealership is in Minnesota? One of my first questions was if they offered shipping on the truck, it's a 17 plus hour drive. So logically shipping would be the best option. I had a bank already lined up but gave the dealership the opportunity to find some better options. I don't have any issues with the sales rep or finance department. I do have an issue when I get everything done and the lender pays the dealership for my car to sit there for a week with no word on what's going on. I then again reached out to the dealership and let them know how I felt. I was then contacted by Jennifer Kunkel, who I still have no idea who she really was there. She came off rude and wanted to just argue about what the dates were as far as shipping. I was told by the sales rep a few days to pick up after payment of the truck from the lender and a few days shipping. I was told shipping was around 800, but they could not get anyone to pick it up. I had no other car, I had sold mine and had my other car in the shop. I then attempted to find my own transport for the truck prices ranging from 1200-1600, which Ms. Kunkel found amusing that I had found up to 15 companies willing to pick up the truck . I thought it would be wiser to fly out and go get the truck, so I gave the dealership notice that I would be there the next day to pick up and I did not want anything besides my keys and to get the xxxx out of there. I fly in and still have to wait around for Ms Kunkel to decide to come up front with the keys which I had texted her the exact minute I was going to be there, overall terrible experience with the management or whatever she is. Save your money for a dealership that cares, not one that just takes your money and hide. (Side note: found out Jennifer Kunkel is sales reps mother, EXPLAINS A LOT!) More

I would not recommend Fury Motors. The service is way overpriced. No confidence in the service advisor. After paying my bill I was contacted the following day because he forgot to add the towing bill. No overpriced. No confidence in the service advisor. We just purchased a Ram Power Wagon and had Jenn Kunkle help us out. We have bought a couple other cars from Jenn and as usual she treated us like family. She took the time to educate us on both trucks we help us out. We have bought a couple other cars from Jenn and as usual she treated us like family. She took the time to educate us on both trucks we were thinking about buying. Jenn was super knowledgeable about each truck and made it super easy to buy. She listened to our needs and help us select a truck from those needs. Nicole in financing was super fast and had out deal financed really fast. I think we were in and out of there in a few hours not all day like some dealerships. If your looking to buy a new car or truck you would be silly not to go to Fury and ask for Jenn. Jenn even gave our lil ones special baked cookies while we did paper work. More

After having some time to reflect on my experience at Fury Motors I can safely say I would recommend any other dealership but them. First, the sales staff seemed uninterested in selling me a car. Another problem was the price of the car. I had put a down payment on the Jeep I wanted and already agreed on a price to buy the car at before ever going into the show room. When it came time to decide if I would buy, they increased the asking price by $1,000, and told me they had another buyer lined up if I didn’t accept that new price. Shady for sure. Second, my trade in negation was flat out insulting. I had a BMW with some small problems, and the trade in manager was being completely rude about the condition of my car. He was trying to devalue it in any way he could, eventually bullying my into trading it in at $6,000. He then listed my car at $13,000 several days later on the Fury motors website. The whole time during the negation saying no one across America would buy this car for more then $10,000. Third, the finance department seemed to also have some shady practices. My APR was coming in really high initially, but after some questioning and pondering if I should get a co signer my APR went down three full points. My questions shouldn’t bring my credit score up, so what’s the deal? Lastly, right after purchasing the Jeep I began to notice a steering wheel vibration, so I contacted my Sales man. He didn’t get back to me for a full week, and only responded once I contacted someone besides him. Upon contacting me back he proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t even look at the car and brushed it off as buyer beware. 0/10 dealership. Find a more trustworthy place that isn’t trying to do a money grab at ever chance they get. I also understand some of this falls on me, but I’ve bought several cars over my time, all from different dealerships, and never have been so defeated. More

I am still confused on how Fury Motors would sell the car when it was already sold. You accepted my offer on Monday, February 10, 2020. I paid the required deposit to hold the car on Tuesday February 11, 2020 in the amount of $1500.00. The purchase agreement was sent to me on Tuesday, February 11, 2020. I responded to Andy on Thursday morning February 13, 2020 at 7:18 a.m. that all of the paperwork was correct to go ahead and send the final documents. I then got a call from Ethan Cyr (the Salesman) on Friday, February 14th, 2020 at 11:37 a.m. stating that he had some bad news. He said the car had been sold on Thursday, February 13, 2020. I want to know what is going to be done to rectify the situation. Just refunding my deposit is not acceptable and is not going to work. The General Manager Tom Leonard does not even have the decency to reach out and address the issue. More

EXCELLENT-could not have been a better car buying experience I would tell everyone to go to Fury and Ask for Steve! And Sean got my great financing on not so great credit after another dealer failed to do that the day before. THANKS so much. The car is great. The time spent at Fury was a wonderful experience. Would like to tell management that I think even cars with Turbo deserve the powertrain warranty when you do the financing. When Steve and Sean found out the car would not be covered they looked through stock for another car I would love in order to get me the warranty. There was not another renegade manual with 46xxx miles that had been on the lot for 66 days. Steve was great and I will send anyone I know to see him for a car. More
