Painful Poorly run dealership. Attempted to buy a car from this place about a month back. Went in looking for a car 5000 or under which they didn't have in th Poorly run dealership. Attempted to buy a car from this place about a month back. Went in looking for a car 5000 or under which they didn't have in the lot. the salesman told us about a car he was working on, Nissan Xterra with one previous owner only 80,000 miles that he could sell to us for between 4500-5000. Only had exhaust leaks and needs some brake adjustments to get fixed but that was only from his initial check, he still had more to check out on the car but did not feel the need to tell us that until the phone call RIGHT AFTER we left the dealership. So he falsely advertised said Nissan xterra (if they even had it there I doubt). After submitting our credit check in the dealership, we proceeded to leave but soon received that couldn't have been even 2 minutes later. The salesman informed us we had good credit and decided that even though we had a plan of paying off the car and didn't want an expensive car, since we had good credit he decided he cared more about what he could get out of it. From that point on he continued saying we could afford to get a brand new car with no down payment, but that was clearly not something we were rometlt interested in. He then continued on to say that with credit so good he would probably have to see it for $6000 instead of the price HE OFFERED US originally. His excuse for this being "well I gotta make some profit off this man." Customers are not responsible for deals you cannot follow through with. We received 6 phone calls from this salesman in 2 days about our credit and changes the price of the car and changing when it will be ready. Now We have not heard from them in at least a month though last we heard they were working on the Nissan and it would be ready in like a week. Very poor dealership and poor salesman that jump a sale way too quick. More

kicking myself worst mistake i ever made buying a car from furnace brook motors. i found out after i bought the car it had frame damage. i went to another dealer to worst mistake i ever made buying a car from furnace brook motors. i found out after i bought the car it had frame damage. i went to another dealer to check the trade in value. they did a auto check report on it revealing the frame damage that was reported at auction. meaning they knew about it. stay away from mr slick tongue himself. the car is under warranty and they won't honor it. stay away. I bought a car from Furnace Brook Motors last month and it was one of the biggest mistakes I ever made. The owner is as slick as his greased black hair. I had problems with the car after the first week and it was one of the biggest mistakes I ever made. The owner is as slick as his greased black hair. I had problems with the car after the first week and the owner, his name is Allen Levin told me it was because I bought bad gas. What a joke. The after service repair work is horrible while you are under warranty. I brought my car back and forth 4 times before I just gave up on them. I know that was stupid of me but I couldnt take it anymore. If you are reading this, YOU HAVE A CHOICE... STAY AWAY from this dealership. YOU WILL LOSE in the end like I and others have. Trust me.
