I would like to leave an AMAZING review for Joe Green at Fullerton Ford (formerly McCoy-Mills). Joe took our Fusion in with a battery drain and went way beyond what two previous dealerships had tried to do. Fullerton Ford (formerly McCoy-Mills). Joe took our Fusion in with a battery drain and went way beyond what two previous dealerships had tried to do. He was willing to replace the hybrid battery when others weren't and I truly appreciate that, since it was covered by my warranty anyway. Joe and his team spent a long time chasing down a mysterious battery drain and eventually found the problem. They even kept the car for about three weeks when we were on vacation and unable to get back home to pick it up (long story, but they truly went out of their way to accommodate us!). The only question I have is about is the name change...WHY? McCoy-Mills Ford was an historic name and really neat...I know there is a new owner but why change the name? More
Poor customer service and very little vehicle knowledge. The actual work had to be done at an outside repair shop and then sent back to this place where I was overcharged for basically nothing. Had I taken the car to the outside shop first, I could have saved over $1700. I was without a car for 3 weeks, when the repairs only took 3 days. I will not be back. More

I have been going there for about 20 yrs, bought 2 vehicles and I'm a single female. Always treated with respect when buying and the service dept is great. I needed an oil changed fast and they work vehicles and I'm a single female. Always treated with respect when buying and the service dept is great. I have been going to McCoy Mills for over 8 years & have had nothing but great service from everyone in the Service Department. Art & Jim (the service manager) are my go to people but everyone is great! T had nothing but great service from everyone in the Service Department.
