There I met Nicholas Lutz, who greeted me (like all salesmen do) - but in a good way - genuine, non-overbearing, and relaxed. Nick not only answered all my questions, but truly put out the effort and went the extra mile to make sure all my concerns were addressed. In fact, Fullerton Ford not only had a vehicle I was interested in, but I felt confident enough with Nicholas to proceed with a sale right there on-the-spot. Several hours later I drove off the lot with a totally different vehicle than what I had driving in that morning (from several states away).
