I purchased my Dodge Charger from Fullerton Dodge in 2013 and they are the only one to service my Charger. My service advisor, George, has always responded to my TXT messages and all of my service has been and they are the only one to service my Charger. I would totally recommend their service department for any and all work on a customer's car or truck. They even handled a somewhat overreacting (very) customer without any issues. And YES, I plan on using their service dept every time my Charger requires service. More

In reference to the maintenance appointment I had last month in which your " certified mechanic " inspected my vehicle for the vibration i was feeling and you said car if perfect I actually had a broken c month in which your " certified mechanic " inspected my vehicle for the vibration i was feeling and you said car if perfect I actually had a broken control arm plus you never did the brakes only cut and shined rotors You guys are a bunch of con artists, I'll be filing law suit against you !!! FANTASTIC dealership from sales through service!! I've been coming to Fullerton for years and they truly are honest and fair. Fullerton is nothing like the gimmick dealerships of Autoland CJDR or Sansone been coming to Fullerton for years and they truly are honest and fair. Fullerton is nothing like the gimmick dealerships of Autoland CJDR or Sansone CJDR. Just look at their website and see the length of time some of their employees like their Sales Manager Tom Gandolfe have been with them, that will tell you everything you need to know. They also have extremely knowledgeable sales people like Ed Onka who know every aspect of the RAM brand and vehicle line up. I wouldn't go anyplace else. More
