Dropped off my vehicle and explained that the oil cooler will need to be replaced and wanted a complete inspection done. After about a week I was told the engine would need to be replaced. I have to thank service advisor Kevin for a wonderful and speedy customer service experience. My 2003 Jeep Liberty (167,550 miles) was towed into the dealership at the end of the business day on Tuesday with speedy customer service experience. My 2003 Jeep Liberty (167,550 miles) was towed into the dealership at the end of the business day on Tuesday with a failed water pump. First thing Thursday morning, Kevin called me with an estimate for the repair. First thing on Friday morning he called to say that I could pick up my vehicle. That's a little over two business days to have a towed in vehicle repaired which I think is quite speedy. Thanks again. More
I would like to recognize Service Advisor, Kevin, for the outstanding customer care he provided managing the repair of my 2023 Jeep at Fullerton CDJR. I discussed my situation with Kevin and asked him to do what he could to address the repair of my car in a timeframe that would enable me to continue to provide the care my wife needs. At the time my car needed repair the service department was extremely busy. Kevin prioritized my request in scheduling and worked with a service technician to repair my car. I came to the dealership late in the afternoon. The very next day my car was repaired and I was able to pick up my car. The service Kevin and the service technician provided was exceptional. More
The worst experience with service I’ve ever had on any vehicle of any make, EVER. Not responsive. Dismissive. Unhelpful. Passive. Not a bit proactive or supportive. Unprofessional and required multiple v vehicle of any make, EVER. Not responsive. Dismissive. Unhelpful. Passive. Not a bit proactive or supportive. Unprofessional and required multiple visits for a repair that won’t fix the problem. At this point, I’m hoping to receive assistance in replacing the vehicle as it has been a nonstop issue from day one and it’s only 6 months old. You would think they would be eager to help resolve the problem but instead, they don’t return phone calls, claim there isn’t a problem, and completely you the “run around”. They don’t provide status updates and let the car sit days without giving me any insight. Beware. This is a terrible place for service. More
My gladiator went in for regular service(oil change tire rotation). Service was done in a very timely manner without any issue. My service advisor Nicole was excellent.
