Asked up front what was wrong with the car other than the convertible top was inop. Big mistake, I trusted a used car dealer Ken. He said other than the top it was in good shape. Suspect it was in a flood, Trunk was all wet, mirrors are half stained yellowish, radio does not work at all, door handle on the drivers door missing facia cover, panel over the rear view mirror missing, BMW emblem on drivers side of car faded out, the paint all over the car looks like a dog with sharp claws scratched it all over, panel under the nose of the car completely missing. This vehicle is in such rotten shape this should be condemned. And I haven't even started to look under the car. More

I was treated well by staff and sales. The mechanic is a rude,snotty dude who should not be allowed to speak to the public. Someone,give him a memo. Customers with checks rule,not grouchy wrenches. BTW,another reason to snipe the wrench. The right front tire was almost flat. The mats were tossed in the back and were not laid out. The spare had less than 30 psi in it. The battery was hanging like a thread and the terminals were corroded and the whole install was awful. My 4 yr old and I corrected that,this morning. Not too professional. Just sayin,as the guy who wrote the check. In summary, I bought the car in SPITE of the wrench. Ken and the office staff were nice. More

BUYER BEWARE! !! I was sold a vehicle they knew was intended for my wife and kids that was downright dangerous. It never should have passed inspection, yet had bran !! The brake lines failed after less then 100 miles on the vehicle. The suspension is completely worthless. These people are basically criminals. Do not buy from them. They should be shut down by the BBB. I would sue if I could afford the legal fees just to protect others from their totally unethical business practices. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! More
