It was really busy, but Z helped me out right away almost as soon as I arrived, and everything went smoothly. You should expect nothing but fair prices and outstanding customer service from their team. Even if you have a mechanic already, you'd be advised to get a second opinion here to at least have a second opinion from a team that provides incredible value. The location is great and parking is very convenient, they greeted me politely and were on top of all matters. I needed a car inspection on very short notice for my newly purchased 2022 Toyota Corolla and they basically took me in right away, which was very helpful. Aside from the amazing service, they are true experts at what they're doing and can find the true issue and give the best recommendations available. You can rest assured you'll never get overcharged or get some kind of unsure feedback, you'll get detail on what really needs to get resolved, nothing more and nothing less, with no upsells or the like. When friends and family ask me for a Toyota shop in this area, I'll always recommend Frontier. The hours are also very convenient as well for those working Mon-Fri.
