A month or so ago, my dad and I decided to just stop by Frontier to check out the Tacoma and the 4Runner. We live in Santa Clarita so it was more convenient than to drive all the way out to Hamer just to look at vehicles. That day we met Carlos Menjivar and loved him! We ended up not going back to Hamer and went to Frontier yesterday to purchase my Tacoma TRD Sport ONLY BECAUSE of Carlos. Carlos provided excellent customer service and we had a great time with him! He is so helpful and always has customers needs in mind. We also met Alma and Norm as well who were amazing, helpful, and friendly! Thank you so much for providing the best customer experience! This was my first vehicle purchase on my own and these 3 eased my stress. We will now be coming back here due to Carlos, Alma, and Norm :) my grandpa is thinking about purchasing a Toyota so we will definitely be contacting Carlos again if he decides to do so. - Lauren A. Sergio Chavez was the sales representative who greeted us when we first visited and later contacted us for a follow-up visit. We also met with members of the management team in negotiating a purchase price. Mr. Chavez and the entire team were extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process. We visited many Toyota dealerships during late 2017 and early 2018, and the Frontier staff were far more pleasant than the individuals we encountered at other dealerships. We are extremely pleased with the treatment we received from Mr. Chavez and his colleagues. The next time we are in the market for a car, our first visit will be to Frontier Toyota. More

Terrible business practices Salesmen are like vultures. They stayed huddled in their circle chatting with each other. As soon as you park, you barely get your foot outside the car door before their already up in your face asking what your looking for. I just got here, can I get out of my car and browse a bit before being harassed? Twice this has happened. I'm not sure who manages their team but that needs to seriously be addressed. I literally do not like coming here because I feel like their just sharks circling waiting for their next meal. For the time being I will go to another Toyota dealer for what I'm looking for. On another note, I used the chat feature to explain that their website has too many pop ups and their chat banner blocks the scroll bar. Before I finished typing, the representative responded with an answer. When confronted about this, they blocked my IP. Beware, they watch what you type while your writing it, and when you catch them on a mistake, they shun you. More
Work needed and not done. I took my car in for servicing on 11/10/17. All was marked and checked okay, nothing needed attention (supposedly). The next day I went to get in my car and the battery was totally dead. I called Toyota care and when they came out and lifted the lid, the battery was corroded and leaking acid. So apparently your service people are not checking and saying that things are okay.??? I was very annoyed and upset. This is not acceptable. service and needs to be addressed. More

Bad service I came in less then a year ago and ended a lease with my Toyota Prius. I bought into a new corolla. It was in written agreement that if I payed extra on the new deal, my wear and tear amount 1000 would be covered by the dealership. Caesar and David signed this along with the finance manager, because I added the extra money on the new deal. A month later I see charges of 900 dollars on wear and tare? I call David he says it's been done and taken care of. I wait another month call and he tells me to call Toyota financial and beg to take off the fee? On top of that I am being charged for a missing key, when I TURNED IN 2? I am very dissatisfied with this snake like service. More

I don't live in the area but, because of the quality of service I have received in the past at Frontier Toyota I have no problem driving 150 miles to get phenomenal service. I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours. Lucky (Salesman) was very courteous,explained all the features to the car and set up my blue tooth for my drive home. Sanjay (Sales Director) has always met my expectations. He goes above and well beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase. He is very patient and his focus is making his customers happy and at ease. Sanjay again has made my drive to Valencia well worth it! Not only is Sanjay good people he's more like family. More
