I am giving this dealership a 5 star review, ONLY because of Preeti Singh! She is the one who worked with me from the very beginning, from the first email until the very end with me driving away with a car. of Preeti Singh! She is the one who worked with me from the very beginning, from the first email until the very end with me driving away with a car. She is kind, knowledgeable, resourceful, authentic, genuine, professional, and most importantly respectful! She is the one you can count on to be honest, professional, and not trying to earn some "quota for selling." She treats you as a person and is very knowledgeable of cars, the selling process, the trading in process, and so much more. If I had to rate the dealership without Preeti, then the rating would definitely go down. Many of the men employees were pushy, loud, in it for transactional purposes with poor people skills, smelled SO BAD OF SMOKE, and had an arrogance that women (whether employees or public) are not knowledgeable of how to buy a car or understand the "car world." In addition, from a customer's perspective witnessing how other customers were treated/talked to, I would have left immediately if I did not have Preeti as my professional salesperson/contact. Preeti made my entire process of buying a car so smooth by her knowledge, professionalism, and respect. More

Do NOT walk, RUN away from this dealership, the finance department is very very very sneaky, they talk about most options EXCEPT paint protection and were trying to charge me extra $2490 for Cilajet wax pa department is very very very sneaky, they talk about most options EXCEPT paint protection and were trying to charge me extra $2490 for Cilajet wax paint protection!!!, when I complained someone who introduced himself as Sales Manager came to the office and was extremely RUDE and kept interrupting me and did not let me finish my sentences and kept mocking and making fun of my accent, I have lived in Southern California for over 20 years and I had NEVER had such an experience, finally very rudely he told me that he was NOT going to sell me a car and wrote VOID on the application paper and asked me to leave. I did leave and went to a nearby dealership in Mission Hills, not only I was treated with utmost respect but also I saved a lot. The Salesperson Mr. Jonathan Morales was very patient and professional but he could not help me any further because he was surrounded by some very RUDE coworkers who most likely told him to step aside and not to interfere with their unprofessional nasty attitude More

06/25/2021 - Update on the service review from my previous reviews of this place... unfortunately I was let down on even a simple service. I was cleaning the interior of my vehicle one weekend and de previous reviews of this place... unfortunately I was let down on even a simple service. I was cleaning the interior of my vehicle one weekend and decided to check out how my air cabin filter was doing... when I pulled it out I was mad and disappointed at the same time. My truck was just recent at thus dealership for the 25k mile Toyota care which includes changing the air box filter and cabin filter. On my service history it was charged (although still under Toyota care) that it was checked and replaced. You guys let me down. If you bring your vehicles here I recommend following up on the services they state on the paperwork... Edit: I decided to check my air intake box filter as well and behold!!! wasn't changed either. C'mon... (see added pictures.) First picture is service history documentation, next two is the cabin air filter which has definitely been there way before the service. I'm sure it's the same filter that came with the vehicle from the factory; last one is the air box filter. That Pre-filter medium does not get that dirty in only ~1k miles with OEM air box. More

Incompetent Structure Brought a brand new Camry at the end of 2019. Yesterday the car just shuts off while I'm in the middle of the road. I manage to get my car in to the d Brought a brand new Camry at the end of 2019. Yesterday the car just shuts off while I'm in the middle of the road. I manage to get my car in to the dealer and speak with Joe Garcia. I tell him I don't feel safe driving a car that will turn off while I'm driving it. He says because I don't have an appointment it might be a while. I say that's fine, get a ride home, and wait for his call. That was at noon. I call the dealership back at 7, because I haven't heard from them, and they say that service is closed, they all went home at 6, and they won't be back till Monday (this is Saturday). I've been on the phone with the dealership three times Saturday night and Sunday morning trying to speak to anybody that can help me. The same manager, Shah, was working last night and this morning when I was calling. I only know this because I had to ask, he refused to get on the phone and speak to me. Kept making his receptionists deliver the bad news. They keep saying that service is it's own department so there's nothing they can do. It's such a joke that they are this giant car dealership w dozens of people working there right now, and nobody will even try to help me. At the moment I have no idea what's wrong with my brand new car, no idea when I will get it back, and no idea when I can even talk with anybody that will try and help me. More
