I had an opportunity to interact with a sales manager named Oscar Morales, who could not help us because with could not provide some needed documentation, a situation that I can understand and appreciate. However, during this interaction, I found the manager’s behavior dismissive, and rude. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also adversely affected my experience and perception of Frontier Toyota. More
