Excellent Customer Service and Overall Experience! The sales staff I encountered at Frontier Toyota during my last purchase were all Kind, Professional, Caring and Respectful!! On March 16, 2024 my The sales staff I encountered at Frontier Toyota during my last purchase were all Kind, Professional, Caring and Respectful!! On March 16, 2024 my wife and I visited Frontier Toyota with a plan to buy a 2024 RAV4 Hybrid XSE for her Birthday, which happened to be the same day as our visit. My wife and I are residents of Santa Clarita and over the last 10 years we’ve purchased two cars from the dealership at this location. Our last purchase was a 2023 Camry XSE. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Sales Manager Oscar Morales, who turned out to be the Star of the day and Sales Associate Ruben Rivera. Upon arrival, my wife and I quickly learned that Frontier Toyota did not have the model we wanted in stock. In fact, due to the popularity of the vehicle, it was out of stock in most of the surrounding dealership within a 50 mile radius. Because of this, it looked like our only option was to initiate a $500 deposit to secure a future delivery of the vehicle. Recognizing our loyalty and wanting to come through on my wife's birthday, Sales Manager Oscar Morales when out of his way, took extra steps that he didn’t have to and found the vehicle we wanted at a sister dealership. Within a short period of time, Oscar was able to arrange the transfer of our desired vehicle to Frontier Toyota, in order to facilitate the sale. The physical transfer was executed by Sales Associate JR Miranda. While my wife and I went to get a bite to eat at a nearby restaurant, JR made the necessary round trip journey to retrieve our vehicle. Upon his return, JR expedited us through the remainder of the sales process before delivered us to Harry Ogtanyan, the finance representative. Really can’t say enough about JR. JR has a good upbeat attitude and a lot of purposeful Hussle. I also notice that he is focused on providing attentive and on time customer service. While Harry was finalizing the financing, JR got our new car washed, prepped and gassed up while at the same time he was actively multitasking with other customers and their experiences. In the end, when all the dust settled, JR gave additional time to set up the car's media system and answered all our remaining questions. Before we departed, JR even arranged for the big red bow to be placed on the car for my wife. It was an amazing gesture and birthday photo opportunity/experience for my wife. After all was said and done, I really do need to shine some much needed light on Oscar Morales. Oscar was undoubtedly the Star of the day in my mind and made my wishes… and all my wife’s Birthday wishes come true that day, which was really really special to have happen. His additional efforts, understanding and compassion was greatly appreciated ... and were not lost on me. Frontier Toyota knocked it out of the park for us! One hundred percent!!! I hope Senior management and the owner of Frontier Toyota reads this review and publicly praise these gentlemen for the excellent services they all provided to this now very very loyal customer. More
