I have been dealing with Frontier Ford since 1994. We have bought 3 new vehicles from them. They have serviced our vehicles when I couldn’t. They have hired many of my former auto shop students. Dealer and service center was professional and communicative. I brought my brand new Mustang back in because the hood had some issues with the paint and the front bumper was not aligned very well. communicative. The service department correctly identified that both were factory problems. They had the hood repainted, which was great. Unfortunately, they didn't feel there was much they could do with the front bumper, since they said SOME of the other mustangs on the lot had the same issue. That sounds like a build quality control problem with Ford. While not the fault of the dealer, I would've appreciated more investigation as to WHY this problem exists and if Ford is willing to do anything about it, but nothing of the kind was offered. I was offered a ride home from the dealership when they kept my car for nearly a week, but I was not offered a pickup service to come and get my car, which cost me a $30 Uber ride. More
They went above and beyond. Replaced the battery for free, no hassles.
