Never take your car in during the holidays! Kudos to Frank Puga and the technicians for their perseverance . Took a long time but they fixed my electrical problem. No issues service was great! The service was great came early check-in, estimated completion around 5 to 6 hours but received a call 3 hours early the car was done. Professional and convenient I dropped off my car using the drop box over the weekend. A salesman named German came out and helped me through the process and offered me a pen and I dropped off my car using the drop box over the weekend. A salesman named German came out and helped me through the process and offered me a pen and a test drive after I was done. I appreciated his help but declined the test drive and he gave me his card. Great salesman and if i decide to buy a new Mustang id go through him. The repair team was great. I loved the app they use to summarize the work. The price was a good value as well. I would come back for further repair to my car. More
Issues with service appointment I took my car in to be serviced, 75,000 mile appointment. The vehicle doesn’t drive the same way as when I dropped it off. I have made a new appointment for this coming Wednesday and we will see what they tell me. The vehicle is 5 yrs old so it should not be a transmission issue. Hopefully something was not adjusted correctly. More
