Ed greeted me at the check-in location almost immediately when I arrived for my appointment for my ZakTek exterior application. He reviewed my car record on the computer for any outstanding services that sho when I arrived for my appointment for my ZakTek exterior application. He reviewed my car record on the computer for any outstanding services that should be done at this visit, but there were none. Then when my ZakTek service was completed, he found me in the customer waiting room to tell me that the service folks did not find anything wrong during the routine maintenance checks. The car looked great when it was brought to the check-out area. Thanks a bunch for such a smooth service experience! More
