Issues with service appointment I took my car in to be serviced, 75,000 mile appointment. The vehicle doesn’t drive the same way as when I dropped it off. I have made a new appointment for this coming Wednesday and we will see what they tell me. The vehicle is 5 yrs old so it should not be a transmission issue. Hopefully something was not adjusted correctly. More

Loyalty to Customer Escapes Frontier Ford Upon receipt of the 2013 Escape we pointed out a defect in the clear coat. It was brought up several times and nothing was done in the 5 years we have had the car. After the 2013 Escape had a door recall service, the passenger door lock was disabled and an interior panel on the rear passenger door now hangs up on opening and pulls off the door. This was mentioned several time to Mark Podesta’s team and ignored each time . We are done with this do nothing dealership. Looking forward to a new Tesla. More
Great job on latest service for F350 This service, like a few others, came with a surprise: the oil drain plug / pan was stripped, requiring a new pan and another day in the shop. Last t This service, like a few others, came with a surprise: the oil drain plug / pan was stripped, requiring a new pan and another day in the shop. Last time it was a broken screw on fuel pump filter. While these incidents were an inconvenience, the service team did a great job to make it right. They expedited the parts, installed the new pan and completed the service the next day. They also covered the cost of the pan, which was most likely stripped by the last Ford dealer who serviced the truck in Austin TX, under my extended drivetrain warranty. Good job guys! More

They made me feel like i did it...worst service ever...wont be going back...they tried to put it off until manager Mark Podesta came back from dallas in a week...i said to Emir your the service manager arent you supposed to make the decision...the decision that was so obvious that your mechanic messed up....there motto seems to be the customer is wrong and they didnt do anything...they havent heard the last of me....i still owe over 30,000 on my truck ..i trusted them with my truck and they decided to screw mi in the ---... ..just the beggining .. New Truck; I Haven't Used the Service Center I visited just to look, I left with a new truck! I feel so happy with my experience in purchasing our new truck. Jack greeted us at the front door and was very pleasant to speak with. Anthony was fantastic and listened to exactly what I wanted. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. James was also helpful with the contract portion except I didn't get a copy of my extended warranty coverage but I got an email with his explanation of what was covered. Yes, everyone overcharges when trading a vehicle no matter what company you purchase from. If you have nothing better to do than spend time searching for who will rob you the least, great. I don't have that kind of time because I work. I lost alot of money on my trade-in but I didn't want to deal with possibly meeting bad people from the internet. I'm sure I'm paying way more than the new truck is worth but I was given incentives and rebates which help. Anthony was very helpful in showing me many things about the truck after my purchase. The team at Frontier was fun and great to work with. Now that may change down the road but my experience was wonderful and I finally got what I want. I am thankful. I had visited the Ford place on El Comino and none of the sales people tried too hard to help me. I'm grateful to have visited Frontier Ford! I don't know about their service department. I tried contacting them several times but always get placed on hold for a long time and never get to talk to them. I will just go elsewhere to get what I need. More
Dont waste your time and your money. In this place they just over charge and even they charge you for the things they never done. They have service my 2012 Edge and told them the roof also does not work sometimes. They called and told me they fixed the roof just by doing the initialization. I even did not asked them to fix it. The mechanic even did not find out the two big pieces of the roof was missing which I told them it was in the trunk. And they are still there. When I picked up the car there were $200 charge for the roof. I paid and I thought they have it fixed. Now the roof does not close. And I had to push it by hand. I emailed the manager Manny Reyes and called him more than 5 times in 4 days. No response or reply at all. I have called the service department over 8 times and they told me they will get back to me. But still waiting. I will have some picture for the prove also which I will submit. Amir is another manager who i tried to tal to and unfortunately no response or reply. My suggestions is dont wast time and your money the job they do is 10 times more expensive than local mechanics and they dont do good job. They are just about money. More
