Frontier Ford - Service Center

Went in for transmission fluid and filter change. Didn’t drive right so had another shop check fluid and found out auto trans fluid and filter was not changed but I was charged for it. Emailed and texted se drive right so had another shop check fluid and found out auto trans fluid and filter was not changed but I was charged for it. Emailed and texted service advisor but not return. Charged for work not performed. Also estimates and final invoice did not match but advisor still charged me the higher cost. I do not recommend taking vehicle to Frontier Ford service More

There is never a doubt that the repair is done by a trained mechanic, they know what they are doing. However, they are extremely overpriced. Ford dealer repair costs are way too expensive.
