Mike did an exceptional job but had to wait a bit for parts. Looked at the molding that was replaced this morning and noticed it is already detaching from the window. Also, just had a couple more warnings pop up on the screen to have serviced, just after it was serviced. So far school is out on this explorer, which is too bad since it probably our 5th one. We also have a fleet of around 20 ford trucks that are doing ok, but were very disappointed in what the extended warranties actually cover. More

I have taken our 2019 Ford Expedition truck down to Frontier ford a couple of times and each time it has been a very poor experience. One time i brought it in for an A/c gas leak repair and I was told Frontier ford a couple of times and each time it has been a very poor experience. One time i brought it in for an A/c gas leak repair and I was told they fixed it but it leaked agsin within a month and now they refuse to cover under warranty, I feel they may not even have diagnosed the matter and just recharged the gas and given it back to me. The fan to the rear makes a loud noise on max and I was told that is normal. The transmission needed a diagnostics and they kept the vehicle for over two weeks and asked me to pick it up after two weeks saying that it would take as much as three months to run diagnostics and repair. One another occasion the keys to the truck were "lost" and I waited over an hour for someone to recover the keys from a technician who had walked off with the keys. Very unfortunate. More

NEXT. They offered a $6500 estimate for repairs. I checked with another dealership who will do the same repair for a little less than $1500. When I told them this, I was accused of not understanding the repair and must be mistaken. When I said this is from someone, a relation, with 35 years experience, it was said that was too good to be true - the tone was condescending and rude. When I said I wouldn't be coming back and asked for my total. It was $250 more. they said this was the fee to look at the problem - but it isn't on the online statement. Just this guy behind the counter. I then just asked for the total with my discounts so I could be prepared. I had to ask 4 times and the guy kept talking over me. I raised my voice and he still refused and said it was stated while I was "being emotional" and screaming at him. Stay away from a shop that disrespects women and then blames their frustrations on being a woman. More
