The Ford service center, and especially Edward, took very good care of me and made feel as though my issue wasn’t just another issue, they made sure that all my questions were answered and actually worked ar good care of me and made feel as though my issue wasn’t just another issue, they made sure that all my questions were answered and actually worked around my schedule, imagine that! And I really loved that my car was delivered to my house instead of me trying to find a way to go pick it up. Your center had no way of knowing that my husband passed away in January of this year, So things I depended on having another person to be there for me, I’m having to work through my son’s schedule…hard when you have an 8 year as well and a demanding job. So your new service was a very nice surprise. Car repairs are something my husband would assist through and try to fix himself, not that I could not take care of it, but he would be involved with the process. So thank you for an easy time and treating me and my issue with my car as if I was the only customer you had, it was like my husband was right there with me. More
