When we leased the vehicle, I was told that every few months I can come in for 'service' and they would fully clean the car, detail it inside and out. I brought the car in last Saturday. They didn't even months I can come in for 'service' and they would fully clean the car, detail it inside and out. I brought the car in last Saturday. They didn't even open the car inside (person in charge was Adrian Cruz). When I told him as I was picking up the car, he promised he would call me on Monday, come and pick up the car and finish the remaining work. In fact he said "my bad, I am new, I didn't know". No call from him on Monday or Tuesday or till today, Thursday. I called the service center to request to speak to him and left a message with the woman who took my message. Still no call. This is lousy treatment of a new customer. Makes me question why I went with Ford. Also, the finance person told me when I was leasing that I should buy into some coverage that will cover with any minor dents, dings and that I didn't have to go to my insurance. I asked about that when I came in for service and they just didn't give me any additional information about that to handle a small dent/ding on the rear door we have. More

I had a number of things to be done for my Escape, and Leo made it all very easy for me. I found him to be knowledgeable, personable, and was great at keeping me updated.
