Could not diagnose an AC issue where the AC is not cold and the air flow is restricted. Was charged for the diagnoses and could not find the problem. Again my car was returned to me with NO SERVICE. I had a sticker on my window with mileage required for the next service. I did 3000 more miles and still was told my car is not eligible.
