I've been quite happy during my lease however, when I decided to buy my vehicle, I have also purchased prepaid maintenance/service package (MPP) and it was something I really regret. Every single time I decided to buy my vehicle, I have also purchased prepaid maintenance/service package (MPP) and it was something I really regret. Every single time I send my vehicle for the service (after receiving letters that's overdue! and when mileage exceeds what's on the window sticker), it's being returned saying it's no eligible just yet. I am relying on the window sticker with mileage required for the next service as well as reminders from Ford. Clearly there is an issue with this service / communication within Ford as well as overall customer service. I tried to escalate it a couple of times to the GM but it was ignored. I feel like the level of customer service provided by the Ford after your purchase your car is very poor. More
