I recently had my car serviced at this dealership. Overall, the service quality was good, and the staff was friendly and communicative, resolving the issue with my vehicle effectively. However, I did encounter a delay in service completion. I was initially informed to drop off my car at 9:45 AM and was told I could pick it up by the end of the day. Unfortunately, I had to wait until the following day, after 11:00 AM, to retrieve my car. This caused some inconvenience as I had to adjust my schedule due to the lack of a vehicle. Despite this, the staff remained courteous and professional throughout, and I appreciate their efforts. More
Service was done within the time frame quoted. We didn't receive the phone call that the car was ready or it didn't come through. A second phone call would have been nice. Otherwise all is good. I've been here before and the experience hasn't been good. This time, however, it was pretty good. My service contact, Edward, was articulate and set reasonable expectations up front. The waiting room h good. This time, however, it was pretty good. My service contact, Edward, was articulate and set reasonable expectations up front. The waiting room had a great espresso machine that offered all kinds of drinks. Furniture was comfortable enough to work from my laptop. It wasn't too busy, so things went smoothly. I'm happy to see they've improved the experience for customers. More
