Originally scheduled an appointment with Raymond Nunez, but I was attended by another advisor, Jose C. Guzman. Why the 3-star review? The service department team has failed to communicate with me during wa but I was attended by another advisor, Jose C. Guzman. Why the 3-star review? The service department team has failed to communicate with me during wait time. I am a regular customer with Frontier Ford and a client of Mike Marufo for several years, and I never had a problem with the Service Department until this day. I took my truck to get it serviced on Saturday, March 29th and I informed the advisor that I was going to wait out in the lobby. Three (3) hours has passed and NO SERVICE DONE TO MY VEHICLE. I asked why, and they told me that the lube technician left on a lunch break. This was unacceptable and time-wasting, so I asked the advisor to return my keys and I left the dealership very disappointed. On Monday, I went back to the dealership and explained to another advisor about the situation. They were able to accommodate me and finally got my vehicle serviced. They also able to work with me on the service costs for the time lost. For this reason, I am giving it 3 stars review. I wish the Service Department team do better in communication. More

I called Mike Marshall and asked him if I was due for an oil change. He replied yes so we made an appointment for the next day. I can trust Mike to take care of my vehicle when I need assistance!! More
