worst customer service from the service department. this place is a joke. the reps need to learn customer service and the advisors either need to learn how to answer the phone or return calls because i this place is a joke. the reps need to learn customer service and the advisors either need to learn how to answer the phone or return calls because it takes forever to get an update and then get upset because your frustrated that no one can give a straight answer. my used ford car was bought from this dealership (and let me note that this is the 2nd lemon vehicle that i have bought from this dealership) and in one year my car has spent more time in their repair shop than i have got to drive my car. car has been returned to me multiple time and then having it be towed back because the car still doesn't run properly and/or damaged after the repairs. for instance, back in feb '24 for one of my repairs frontier damaged my car's front end and then had the person for repairs pick up my car without my knowledge, the person from the repair place then was caught using my vehicle for personal use (caught on dashcam). another time, car had major service, sounded weird, had it towed back the next day, they had apparently forgot to connect some sort of air pipe but since they do not take the time to drive the cars after the repairs to check to see if anything is wrong we have to run into these issued when they could have been avoided with just a simple test drive. probably would have save me on my tow money, that ford doesn't reimburse. repairs are forever my car has been in the shop since october 27th and it took till today 12/6 to be fixed... lets see if it runs this time...... Update: 15 min after picking my car up (left work early, return rental, get a ride) to only have to turn around, Same problem I had 41 days ago. I paid 2k to have a different part fixed that was apparently the reason for the noise But yet the noise is still there, interesting.... Update: Frontier pasted blame to another dealership because i had done my 60k services and they said that part i paid for was damaged by the other dealership. Found out the part repairs had nothing to do with my issue and most likely there was nothing wrong with the part they blamed it on because Again it ended that Transmission that they had fixed several months back was again problem. Lies and run around and the blame game. Such a headache! Update: We are the end of December. Ford Approved my buy back but since apparently its in the end of the year i must wait till mid Jan to turn in the car. Since Frontier ford had yet to fix my car and it was just sitting at Frontier's back lot, I asked if I could pick up my ford to get my after market parts and my dash camera. Once Returned I would exchange for a rental so i could go on my vacation which I was promised by Raymond, one of the managers. He even told my husband that same thing that he was going to take care of us and blah blah but nope that did not happen, Raymond end up switching the story. SO MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR PROMISES OF ASSISTANCE IN WRITING because No one will end up helping you from this place. How messed up that the car has been there since October, charged me to get the wrong part repairs and I'm still liable for the car till i turn it in But yet they are refusing to fix it so I'm stuck with no rental no fixed car and no help from this place. THIS PLACE IS NOT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS JUST LIES FROM THEIR MANAGERS KEVIN AND RAYMOND. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST IT WILL BE THE BEST DECISION YOU MAKE. More
