We left feeling very satisfied with the experience, no pressure to purchase. We did visit other places, too much pressure from them. Went for lunch and decided to go back to Ford. Jack greeted us at the front door and was very pleasant to speak with. Anthony was fantastic and listened to exactly what I wanted. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. James was also helpful with the contract portion except I didn't get a copy of my extended warranty coverage but I got an email with his explanation of what was covered. Yes, everyone overcharges when trading a vehicle no matter what company you purchase from. If you have nothing better to do than spend time searching for who will rob you the least, great. I don't have that kind of time because I work. I lost alot of money on my trade-in but I didn't want to deal with possibly meeting bad people from the internet. I'm sure I'm paying way more than the new truck is worth but I was given incentives and rebates which help. Anthony was very helpful in showing me many things about the truck after my purchase. The team at Frontier was fun and great to work with. Now that may change down the road but my experience was wonderful and I finally got what I want. I am thankful. I had visited the Ford place on El Comino and none of the sales people tried too hard to help me. I'm grateful to have visited Frontier Ford! I don't know about their service department. I tried contacting them several times but always get placed on hold for a long time and never get to talk to them. I will just go elsewhere to get what I need. More
