Hates Out of Towners Hi, My soon to be mother-in-law and myself went online and read reviews and thought this dealership would be the one to approve us for the truck t Hi, My soon to be mother-in-law and myself went online and read reviews and thought this dealership would be the one to approve us for the truck that we wanted. However, we got a rude awakening!!! While my credit was good and able to be approved, hers was worse but that's why she had me. But since I am floating two car loans I was told that I could not float a third one even though I am able to without breaking a sweat. Now we know this is is crap because we were working with another dealership on our backup and this dealership (while it took 2 days) had no trouble getting us financing. They went above and beyond to make the sale knowing it was important to us. Frontier could not even be bothered which is why they told us the 3 loan LIE. While it is true that I didn't sign the loan yet from the other dealership, I will be signing it within the next day or so and I am completely disgusted with this dealership. If you want to make something work you keep trying till you do. This dealership may have 5 star reviews but it is not in MY OPINION worth your time or effort. Apparently you also need to have lots of money and a million other co-signers in order to get credit here. DO NOT GO HERE or bother trying. If a dealership can't be honest about loans and about the fact they don't even want to try, then what else are they lying about.? More

Excellent service I had an excellent service experience at Frontier Ford. Tom was my service advisor. I had an issue with my transmission that was written up in a TSB. Another dealership I took it to said they couldn't duplicate the issue and that there was no TSB for it. Frontier looked up the TSB while I was there, replaced the parts the next day, and I haven't had an issue since. I'll definitely be back. More
