First off I commend this dealer for living up to warranty standards. That said let’s talk about the used truck I bought with only 20k miles on it. I took it for a test drive and they told me that it had bran standards. That said let’s talk about the used truck I bought with only 20k miles on it. I took it for a test drive and they told me that it had brand new tires on it. Later at home I noticed my tires were slowly getting empty so I got them fixed and realized that one of the tires had a patch in it already. Later on I had some problems with the steering wheel so I brought it in to get it fixed and warranty covered the cost. When I brought it in I couldn’t help but be awkward while I was standing around in the service garage waiting for service. Later on when I returned for the pickup I was very much in a hurry and there was one guy the desk who was just chatting away with some guy about his car without another care in the world. After I minimum of 5 minutes the other guy finally left and the service man gave me my keys, had me sign a paper and they brought me my truck. I also don’t know if this is relevant or not but my dad and my uncle both bought used truck from different dealerships and every time they brought it in for service they got a free detail and car wash. If that’s what your looking for, keep looking because you won’t find that here More

It took 2days to trouble shoot the problem and it required a battery replacement. That seemed long for the work they had to do. The charge of $585 is excessive for changing out the battery. Also $380 required a battery replacement. That seemed long for the work they had to do. The charge of $585 is excessive for changing out the battery. Also $380 for a new battery! Really! Dealer service is always expensive. The technician that I had warranty coverage, but when I had to pay, nothing was mentioned about the warranty. More
