The most frustrating experience was when he asked me to leave my vehicle overnight the third time but could not offer a loaner, thus leaving me without transportation to and from work, lunch, home, etc. I was shocked at his audacity. Nothing special They’re hard to get ahold of, you’re lucky if you get someone the first time you call. We asked about getting our fuel filters replaced on our 2018 ra They’re hard to get ahold of, you’re lucky if you get someone the first time you call. We asked about getting our fuel filters replaced on our 2018 ram 2500 and they quoted us $460 which is $160 more than other dealerships. I’m not saying they do bad work but I’ll never go back to them. More

Replace Key Fob I was told replacing my key fob would take 4-5 hours. So I called another dealership 40 miles away and they said they could do it in 30 minutes. So I drove round trip an hour, had the programming done in 30 minutes while I would have still been waiting at Frontier. Every time I show up they act like you are an inconvenience. No one greets you when you walk in. The woman (Sonia) who checked me in asked me to sign a paper (I’ve never done this in th last 4 visits) I had to ask her what I was signing. She said “we are going to walk your vehicle and look for damage.” After I signed she asked what I needed, I already told her I needed an oil change, so we walked around my truck and she rubbed her finger on every spot that had dirt on it, leaving finger prints all over. I was clearly irritated at this point so she started to change her tone. By the end of the visit Sonia was being more friendly. This is the only dodge dealer in town but my experience 40 miles away at Stanley Dodge (greeted me, friendly, communicated well) has me planning my next visit in Brownfield. More

Not a good experience I had my belongings removed from my car without permission..then they lied and said they found it on a desk. The manager said they have a policy that I had my belongings removed from my car without permission..then they lied and said they found it on a desk. The manager said they have a policy that allows them to take valuables out of can and place in safe place so they won't get stolen..what a joke..almost had to call authorities..watch your belongings at Frontier ..
