Recalls Had several recalls and a few cosmetic issues that were fixed one of the cosmetic issues was the end cap on a running board. Service department Took vehicle twice for squealing breaks after I bought the longhorn brand new. The guy heard it slightly but sometimes it won’t do it and sometimes it does. The service guys couldn’t figure out what it was and said if they don’t hear it enough than nothing they can do. Will never buy another ram I was hoping to prove my friends wrong with rams being cheap and unreliable looks like I am wrong. The sales lady was very nice and did a great job and even stated sounds like service is being lazy. To me that sounds like they have had a problem before with service in general. I was torn between the king ranch and long horn and was really impressed with the long horn. Regretfully I chose the ram thinking a simple fix such as squealing intermittently on the breaks could be resolved. I know it’s easy to not care or just be lazy but if it’s your job I’d expect it to be done or figure out why it’s doing it. I work hard at my work and expect the same from others. More

Quick Service for Stranded Motorist John and the Service Department at Frontier Dodge did an exceptional job of assisting a stranded motorist. On my business trip to Lubbock (240 miles f John and the Service Department at Frontier Dodge did an exceptional job of assisting a stranded motorist. On my business trip to Lubbock (240 miles from home) my water pump failed around noon on a Friday. With a full shop and a failed water pump around noon, John was able to work me in and repair my Ram 2500 before the end of the day. They even stayed late to complete the repair. Donald Atwell More
