Getting them to call me back is impossible. I scheduled a recall, but when I arrived, they didn't have the part. I called them at the end of the day, and they informed me that it wouldn't be ready until the next day. I had to make arrangements for transportation for another day. It was a simple recall. 2 hours labor.it took me at least 10 phone calls to get a simple recall taken care of. Terrible service! More

Very disappointed in the communication between me and Service Department plus the overall length of time it took to complete the work. Then I know I asked to have the wiper blades replaced but I did not know they were going to be so expensive $119.50. You can go to O’Reillys and get the same wiper laid for $20 and they put them on for free. More
