DISHONEST & LAZY SERVICE CENTER! Do NOT service your vehicle at Frontier if you are under warranty and/or are expecting HONEST service!!! I bring mine in for a specific reason, the Do NOT service your vehicle at Frontier if you are under warranty and/or are expecting HONEST service!!! I bring mine in for a specific reason, they refuse to put eyes or hands under the hood. They will refuse to check and utilize your warranties, EVEN IF YOU REQUEST and make u pay out of pocket (which I’m getting a partial refund from the warranty company cause what THEY did WAS covered, I had to throw a fit for the rep to pull up my warranty info). I had to bring my vehicle back a SECOND TIME for the SAME BUT WORSE issue I brought it in originally. STILL refuse to put eyes or hands on the issue, try to charge AGAIN for something that is covered, tell me it takes 2 hours to update yet vehicle was ready in 45min🤔. They will alter your mileage on ppw. Had to move my vehicle to ANOTHER dealership since they refuse to look at the original issue (which was STILL happening in the short drive across town). NOW I have to pay ANOTHER diagnostics fee which Frontier should be responsible for, low and behold Spirit FOUND THE ISSUE BY SIMPLY PUTTING EYES AND HANDS ON THE ISSUE LIKE I REQUESTED!!!! This has been a month long FRUSTRATING ORDEAL! Go to Spirit Auto on Ave Q for GREAT HONEST SERVICE!!!! EMPHASIS ON THE HONEST!!!! More
No one at this dealership seems to have any interest in providing customer service…..from the receptionist that answers the phone to the service reps. It’s hard to get communication from anyone. Called Cody in service on 7-22-24 regarding the left rear shock absorber leaking oil on my garage floor was told it was under warranty asked him to check if part was available he suggested I call thier parts shock absorber leaking oil on my garage floor was told it was under warranty asked him to check if part was available he suggested I call thier parts dept. I suggested Cody check & return my call on availability week later no call so I drive to this dealership speak with another service person explained the issue & was told to leave the auto that there are over 180 autos awaiting repair he claimed it would be several days the problem needs diagnosed parts ordered & then get it to the technician to make the repairs! Was suggested that I was welcome to take it to another repair facility! Changing out a defective shock is a simple issue! I recieved extremly poor service at this dealership do not recommend this shop for any service to your vehicle! Will take this advice and take my Jeep to a certified mechanic for prompt repair of the defective part! Rated this dealership poorly have had it in on other occasions normally taking several trips for specific repairs then get it home to find loose never reinstalled components done at service! More

Terrible. No one answers the phones when you do get ahold of someone they transfer you to somebody that doesn't answer their phone.
