Frontier Dodge Chrysler Jeep - Service Center

Cheyenne was non-existent during my vehicle repair. Vehicle was there for 6 days and I never received a single update. I had to call on 2 different occasions to find out the status and she was just as Vehicle was there for 6 days and I never received a single update. I had to call on 2 different occasions to find out the status and she was just as rude and impersonal at pickup without as much as a greeting. Do not recommend at all! More

I made an appointment to have my car looked at and wasn't informed they would have my car in the shop for multiple days until I called at the end of the day and was told they haven't done anything with my ca informed they would have my car in the shop for multiple days until I called at the end of the day and was told they haven't done anything with my car yet. They don't provide loaners or rental cars and was told that was my responsibility. Being new to town and not knowing anyone, it was impossible for me to keep my car at the shop, especially when they're just holding my car and not doing anything to fix the problem. I would've liked more communication and understanding as well as clarification that having an appointment doesn't mean anything. More

It took 2 days and $1300 to replace the batteries in my diesel. It should have been a hour job. After the fact I called other mechanics and was quoted $800. Had a good experience with frontier I wasn’t able to get my car fixed cause warranty didn’t cover it.
