Hello Bobby my name is Raymond Mendez. First off I want to thank u for taking the time to respond to my review. I really didn't want to right an ugly review, it has just been a very frustrating experience!! I bought this car brand new as a birthday gift for my wife and have spent hours keeping it looking like the day I bought it. We keep it washed and keep it in the garage always!! We love this car!! My wife noticed the chip on the wheel one day and totally lost it! I told her we still had warranty on the vehicle and would take it to Frontier and get it fixed! I thought it would be that simple boy was I wrong. The driver door was acting up at the time so i got on the phone, called Justin and left a message , never heard from him so I called again they said it would be 2 weeks and then took it up there and talked to another service rider don't remember his name but he had a beard. Said they couldn't get to it for a couple days, now why would u have me drop off my car when it's just gonna for sit there for several days!! And I aked for a loaner because I have nothing for my wife to drive, only because I saw in the owners manual that if they do repairs on my vehicle still under warranty they would provide me with some type of loaner. Stressed out I told the s.rider that I couldn't leave my car he then made me another appointment and said they could check it out that morning and that his boss "Larry" would take a pic and send it to Chrysler to see if they would warranty the wheel. Why he didn't take a pic that day I have no clue!! He also mentioned that his boss said it looked like it was something that was done during tire rotations. I took the car in they didn't find nothing wrong with the door at the time and a pic supposedly was sent to Chrysler. I will mention that is working fine now. 1 week passed then 2 so I decided to call Larry Klafka since I hadn't heard anything he called me after I left a voicemail he said Chrysler wouldn't warranty the wheel and gave me the exact same story that the service rider gave me from the get go!! I don't believe they even sent the freakin picture!! I work in a body shop and very hard for my money! I showed several co-workers and my manager the wheel and they all agreed that it was a factory f-up!! My boss said "call Chrysler " but I wanted to give Frontier a chance to make it right!! I don't like negative reviews or unhappy customers! I go the extra mile and make sure my paint jobs come are flawless!! I have a very good rep with many insurance companies. I don't believe in stealing or doing someone dirty!! To make a long story short sir ,if I did something to that wheel I would I would man up and buy one but I have no idea why it is peeling!! I have been thinking about buying a Dodge Ram for me but I couldn't imagine having to deal with your service dept again! What if those wheels peel and I go through this all over again?? Any way thanks again I doubt anything can be done if there is something u can do I would appreciate it very very much!! The vehicle is 2013 Dodge Charger!
